Salesforce Acquires Artificial Intelligence Voice Agency Tenyx

Enterprise cloud computing company Salesforce has agreed to acquire Tenyx, which develops artificially intelligent voice agents, to advance its AI-powered solutions.Tenyx's co-founders, CEO Itamar Arel and CTO Adam Earle and their team will join Salesforce.

Tenyx is a California-based startup founded in 2022, which focuses on serving customers across a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, healthcare, hospitality and travel. It is now looking to re-accelerate revenue growth through acquisitions. The move echoes similar deals struck this year by tech giants Microsoft and Amazon, highlighting the growing competition for AI tools and talent.
